The core is about forty miles from our office at 720 N Larch Ave in Elmhurst. Will and McHenry run past that line at their far ends and we buy there anyway, and we buy across the state line in northwest Indiana.
Indiana is a different closing, not a different appetite. No transfer tax at all over there, and the title company usually runs the table instead of two attorneys.
